A leading healthcare provider in Stockport seeks a strategic leader for T-Levels Industry Placements. This role involves expanding capacity and building partnerships across the GM health system. Temporary post with external funding - subject to AFC. This role will lead on the strategic development, coordination, and quality assurance of T-Levels Industry Placements (IPs) across the Greater Manchester (GM) health and social care system and at Stockport NHS Foundation Trust, in partnership with NHS Greater Manchester. The post-holder will source and coordinate a sustainable, joined-up placement infrastructure for all clinical and non-clinical placements across the GM system. The post-holder will facilitate and enhance support for T-Level healthcare learners (clinical and non-clinical) in various settings by identifying appropriate practice placements which offer effective learning opportunities. The post-holder is operationally and strategically accountable to the Trust, which will be accountable to NHS Greater Manchester and the Department for Education for its performance management and monitoring responsibilities.
