Job description

Equans is seeking a T&I Electrician to join our team in Sidcup, working on a permanent basis on our Coca Cola contract. This full-time role offers a salary of up to £44,000 per year plus benefits.

The role reports to the Site T&I Supervisor and involves managing the daily operations of electrical testing and inspection, including contract development.

What will you deliver?

• Perform scheduled electrical testing and inspection tasks such as Emergency Lighting, ECIR, Illumination Levels, Infra-Red, Motors, PAT, Static Discharge, Lightning Protection.
• Repair and operate equipment and services following best practices.
• Contribute to and manage the planned maintenance schedule, ensuring tasks meet PPM, SLA, and KPI standards.
• Complete PPM and reactive work activities in line with contract and company competencies.
• Supervise specialist sub-contractors and report anomalies to management.
• Maintain existing plant and equipment safely and efficiently, supervising third-party contractors as needed.
• Possess extensive knowledge of electrical testing and inspection, including verification of large-scale single and three-phase electrical systems.
