I'm working with a respected Investment Management firm that’s looking to appoint a T&C Manager to help develop, supervise, and embed competence across their investment management teams. This role is integral to supporting professional growth internally and ensuring the firm continues to meet (and exceed) FCA standards.
You’ll be:
Supporting new investment managers through recruitment, onboarding, and coaching to full competency sign-off.
Conducting observations, knowledge checks, and 1-2-1 sessions.
Collaborating across HR, L&D, Compliance, and BQA to drive standards and support regulatory change.
Identifying training needs through MI, KPIs, and feedback loops – then working with L&D to plug those gaps.
Playing a key role in embedding a culture of long-term development and strong client outcomes.
You'll bring:
T&C supervisory experience in wealth or investment management.
Qualifications like CII H15 / AF6 or CISI Level 4 (or equivalent).
Someone who leads with coaching, can influence senior stakeholders, and thrives in a regulatory-first environment.
