About The Role
Do you have specialist knowledge of SystmOne (and other related systems) maintenance, design, development and delivery? Are you looking for a new challenge, playing a pivotal role in the development of SystmOne functionality and optimising its use for the benefit of Adult Community Services?
The role of SystmOne Support Officer is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the improvement of our digital systems to ensure that our services can record high-quality data with ease, giving the division greater opportunities for data-driven service improvement.
The role will provide essential support to the division's SystmOne Change Control Process, ensuring colleagues within the division and wider Trust, including peers within the Corporate Digital Systems Team, understand system changes and that clinicians have the necessary knowledge and skill to embed change within their own practice.
