Job Description:

We are seeking Systems & Verifications Engineers to join Rolls-Royce Submarines. The role involves ensuring oversight of products to meet business, customer, and regulatory requirements. It is an integration role focused on coaching and supporting engineering teams to develop verified, robust solutions aligned with validated customer requirements.

Responsibilities include:

  • Interface with external and internal customers to elicit and validate stakeholder requirements.
  • Set the Systems Engineering and Verification approach for projects through management plans.
  • Ensure rigorous requirements validation and verification to mitigate technical risks.
  • Develop verification strategies, structured plans, and product development plans.
  • Manage the creation of substantiation evidence and acceptance documentation.
  • Support and coach teams on Systems Engineering, Validation, and Verification activities.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of Systems Engineering.
  • Experience with SE software applications such as DOORS/CAMEO.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in program management and a strong delivery record.
  • Experience in the Nuclear industry is preferred but not essential.
