Systems Engineering and Verification Opportunities - Submarines

Work Arrangement: 5 Days On-Site - Hybrid working may be agreed.

Join Rolls-Royce Submarines as a Systems & Verification Engineer. Your role will involve ensuring our products meet business, customer, and regulatory requirements through oversight, coaching, and support to engineering teams. You will develop robust, verified engineering solutions aligned with customer requirements.

Responsibilities

1. Interface with stakeholders to elicit and validate requirements.
2. Set the Systems Engineering and Verification approach for projects.
3. Ensure rigorous requirements validation and verification to mitigate risks.
4. Develop verification strategies, plans, and development plans.
5. Manage substantiation evidence and acceptance documentation.
6. Support and coach teams on Systems Engineering, Validation, and Verification activities.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of Systems Engineering.
• Experience in the Nuclear industry is preferred but not essential.
• Proficiency with SE software applications like DOORS / CAMEO.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Proven track record in delivery and program management.

Additional Requirements
