Systems Trainer (Fixed Term) (Hybrid working) based at Epworth House, Derby

2 year Fixed Term Contract - 37 hours per week - Monday - Friday

£32,125 rising to £ 33,655 per annum following successful completion of 6-month probation

Colleagues at risk of redundancy will be offered priority consideration for this role subject to meeting the stated essential criteria (including evidencing being able to meet the essential criteria with support within a reasonable timescale)

This brand-new role is an exciting opportunity to join a new team of systems learning specialists and really put your stamp on systems training for both existing and new system implementations across a large multi-site charity.

Working with a range of internal and external stakeholders throughout the charity the main purpose of the role is to:

  • To design, develop and maintain systems training materials in line with organisational and system changes
  • Delivery of high quality engaging and interactive training materials for all systems

We offer the flexibility of remote working with travel to head office in Derby on an 80/20 split with most of the time being based from home. There will also be a requirement for occasional travel to our sites in England and Wales.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and delivering systems training that provides more than just what buttons to press, the training will provide context around process and policy to really engage with our people to be able to use our systems effectively and efficiently.
