Duration: 9-month Secondment/Fixed Term Contract with the potential to extend or go permanent. (Secondments are subject to line manager approval; please discuss this with them before applying).
Location: Roles are based nationwide with travel expected 3 days per week, including 2-3 overnight stays. The role covers the London area, Southern region, and Western route. It is a full-time opportunity with flexible working patterns considered. For Quadrant: MK, candidates must live within 90 minutes of the office or be willing to self-relocate.
Band & Salary: Band 3C, £55,596 - £63,797. Salary will be within this range, depending on experience.
We are recruiting for an exciting programme supporting Network Rail and the industry in developing and deploying innovative trials to improve railway operations. You will work as part of a team diagnosing system issues and rapidly designing, testing, and deploying solutions in areas such as stations, operations control, train performance management, and timetable planning.
