We are looking for a Systems Tester to support the quality assurance efforts for our Microsoft Navision / Business Central system, clinician web portal, and patient mobile application. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, a strong willingness to learn, and a passion for ensuring high-quality software solutions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional, regression, and exploratory testing on Microsoft Navision, clinician web portal, and patient mobile application.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs and defects using bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).
  • Execute test cases and test scripts based on defined requirements.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product managers to understand system requirements.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
  • Perform API testing using tools like Postman (if required).
  • Verify data integrity and accuracy within Microsoft Navision.
  • Validate mobile application functionality across different devices and OS versions (iOS & Android).
  • Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • Provide feedback on user experience and usability improvements.

What experience and skills are we looking for?

  • Exposure to SQL for basic database queries.
  • Familiarity with API testing using Postman.
  • Knowledge of healthcare applications or electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
  • 0-2 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
  • Understanding of software testing methodologies (manual testing, regression testing, UAT, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Navision / BC or willingness to learn.
  • Experience testing web applications and mobile applications (iOS & Android).
  • Familiarity with defect-tracking tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
