Due to ongoing demand for our world leading solutions, and the need to service our valued clients across the region, we are looking for an experienced, full-time, Systems Technician based in Southampton.
This is a Permanent, full-time role, working from our office in West End, Southampton.
The role
In this hands-on role, you’ll be supporting the repair and testing of a variety of camera-based speed enforcement systems. You’ll provide remote technical support to field teams and customers, manage stores and track inventory, assist with booking and reporting, and occasionally cover logistics tasks. While travel is infrequent, you may occasionally visit sites in Ireland or Belgium. Your first few months will involve intensive technical training, learning our systems inside out, from hardware to software, so you’re equipped to manage day-to-day technical priorities with confidence and precision.

You’re a hands-on, technically minded professional with a background in system repair, IT hardware/software, and networking. You bring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, safety-first mindset. With a relevant diploma or equivalent experience repairing electronic componentry, a valid UK driver’s license, and the ability to manage a varied technical workload, you’re ready to support our field teams and manage technical challenges with confidence.
