Summary

We are looking for a Systems Support & EDI Analyst to join a growing business and play a key role in supporting business-critical systems, managing EDI integrations and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data across the organisation. This is a hands‑on role that sits at the heart of the business, working closely with IT, operations, external suppliers and trading partners to ensure systems, integrations and data flows operate effectively. You will provide day‑to‑day support across key business applications, investigating issues, carrying out root‑cause analysis and coordinating solutions. You will also take ownership of existing EDI integrations, helping to implement new interfaces and ensuring data is transmitted accurately and reliably. A key part of the role will be identifying opportunities to improve processes, reduce manual intervention and make better use of technology across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day support for business‑critical applications and systems.
• Investigate system issues, identify root causes and coordinate resolutions.
