About the role
Working within the HR systems team, you will provide a customer focused, first-line system support and associated administration duties for the HR & Payroll system. This includes managing a dedicated email inbox and dealing with day to day enquiries from internal and external customers. The HR & Payroll System comprises many modules which also includes our online recruitment system for University job vacancies, Employee Self-Service and Manager Self-Service as well as other devolved user access.
This role is for 22.5 hour per week, working 5 days a week, Monday to Friday. Although we can accommodate working from home for this role after a period of training, flexibility to be on-site will be expected due to business needs.
