Our team plays a vital role throughout the full software consulting lifecycle - from early-stage sales and system definition through to design, development, deployment, and production support. You’ll work closely with client R&D teams and external software partners, giving you a unique opportunity to develop both your technical and commercial leadership skills in a collaborative, client-facing environment.

Requirements

  • Designedcomplex software systems, collaborating with stakeholders to prioritise requirements.
  • Developed system architectures and high-level product specifications to create robust, scalable, and secure solutions.
  • Utilised appropriate tools and methodologies for software requirement specification and architecture.
  • Led development teams to select implementation technologies and establish quality assurance processes aligned with architecture.
  • Ensured consistency of development progress with initial design, adapting architecture and plans as needed.
  • Engaged with colleagues as a mentor, sharing skills and experience.

Strong candidates will also demonstrate their:

Domain experience in at least one of:

  • Embedded systems (RTOS, bare metal, hard real-time)
  • Application software (industrial automation, networking protocols, UI frameworks, IT systems)
  • IoT services and Cloud development (Azure, AWS, etc)
  • AI/ML systems
  • Cybersecurity
  • Proficiency with software specification andarchitecture design methodologies, plusfamiliarwithrequirements management and system modelling tools
  • Experience developing software in regulated industries
