Job summary

A leading company in engineering solutions is seeking a Systems Requirement Engineer in Stafford. The ideal candidate will analyze system requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure the quality of deliverables in the Systems Engineering domain. This position requires 5+ years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, particularly in Electrical or Automation fields.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering with a focus on Requirements Management.
• Experience in the HVDC Power Transmission industry is preferable.
• Able to work in a multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural team environment.

Implement and uphold ISO/IEC/IEEE 15288:2015 Systems and software engineering — System life cycle processes.

Work Experience

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Automation and Control Engineering or a similar field.
• +5 years of experience in Systems Engineering, with hands-on involvement in Requirements Management, Verification, and Validation activities.
• Have experience in the HVDC Power Transmission industry or similar field is preferable.
• Experience with requirements management tools such as IBMDOORS.
• Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Able to work in a multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural team environment.
• Willing to travel as required.
• High level of integrity and accountability with a results-driven mindset.

• Have experience in establishing Systems Engineering processes such as Requirements Management, Verification, and Validation.
• Have experience in a low Systems Engineering maturity environment.
• Have experience in Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) process.
• Have experience working in a consortium project environment.
• Have a strong understanding of dependability management and relevant industry standards.
• Be able to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
• Be proactive in identifying and mitigating technical risks.
• Have a high level of attention to detail.
