About the role

This challenging role will give the ideal candidate the opportunity to provide high quality project support to the Research & Innovation Security, Compliance & Risk portfolio, specifically supporting the delivery of the Research Ethics and Research & Innovation Security projects.

On a daily basis you will be require to provide advice and support to the UCL community on the programme of change and help to support the continuous improvement activities of the C&A team. Additionally, you will coordinate engagement activity with the aim of building relationships with key stakeholders across UCL stakeholder meetings and events, and assist in the design, configuration and implementation of systems and processes.

Please not that this is initially a 16 months fixed term contract, with possibility to extend

About you

To be considered for this role candidates must have a mix of the following skills and experience:

  • Knowledge of the organisational culture of a large research-intensive university (or similar type of research organisation).
  • Administrative experience preferably within higher education and/or in a large and complex organisation.
  • Experience in planning and prioritisation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and oral and written communication skills and the ability to research, draft, critique and present reports on complex issues to a broad range of audiences
  • Educated to degree level or have equivalent qualifications or substantial experience gained within a professional context.
