Title: Systems Modeling, Simulation & Analysis Engineer

• Pay Rate: $58 – $98/hr
• Location: Onsite in Bedford, MA (occasional remote work depending on project)
• Clearance Required: Active Secret Clearance
• Contract Length: 3 Years

We’re working with a top-tier defense contractor seeking a skilled Systems Modeling and Simulation Engineer to support advanced radar and missile defense programs. This is a long-term contract with full benefits and the opportunity to work on impactful, mission-driven technology.

Position Overview:

As a Systems Modeling, Simulation & Analysis Engineer, you will:

• Develop radar simulation models and perform system-level analysis
• Support missile defense test planning, radar data collection, and post-mission analysis
• Conduct RF and electromagnetic modeling, antenna design, and RCS predictions
• Use MATLAB and Linux-based tools to build and refine complex simulation models

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM (Math, Computer Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, etc.)
• 2+ years’ experience using MATLAB or similar scripting
• 1+ year of experience working in Linux environments
• Strong teamwork and independent problem-solving skills
• U.S. with active Secret clearance

Preferred:

• Experience with RCS prediction tools (e.g., Xpatch, Method of Moments)
• 1+ year of experience with Python
• Antenna modeling or IR modeling background
• 2+ years of CAD experience (e.g., Rhinoceros)
• RF or radar analysis experience in missile defense applications
