We now have an opportunity for a Systems Maintenance Technician to work primarily as part of the IFM maintenance team. The role involves providing technical support and assisting in building services and fabric maintenance.

The key duties include:

  1. Undertake electrical and mechanical maintenance of Diamond Electrical / Mechanical and Building Services Infrastructure.
  2. Perform fault diagnosis and problem solving on electrical site services, including LV switchgear, lighting, UPS, standby generators, fire detection, smoke control systems, and lightning protection.
  3. Support the maintenance operations using the Concept Evolution system and assist the Senior Systems Maintenance Technician in following IFM procedures.
  4. Assist in completing the planned maintenance programme.
  5. Participate in non-maintenance duties, such as small project work within the IFM Group, when required.
  6. Be part of 'on call' arrangements during commissioning and operation phases.

About You

You should have completed a recognized Engineering Apprenticeship and hold a City & Guilds BS Wiring Regulations Qualification or equivalent. You should be well-organized, able to prioritize tasks, and possess good communication skills.
