Job summary

Lorien is seeking a Systems Lead - RF Data Link to guide the development and delivery of an RF data link within a weapons system programme. You will provide technical direction to a small team of engineers on complex projects.

The role requires defining requirements, leading design reviews, managing risks, and coordinating with suppliers and customer stakeholders. On-site work in the UK with 4-5 days on site and travel; SC clearance is required or achievable.

Qualifications

Ability to obtain SC clearance.
Experience leading a small engineering team.
Experience with RF data link or RF communications.
