Job summary

Thales is recruiting an IVVQ Engineer to join the Above Water Systems team in Dunfermline. You will lead integration, verification, validation and qualification activities across the Combat Management System lifecycle, from lab to sea trials, interfacing with customers and end users.

The role offers exposure to a flagship Royal Navy programme (Type 31), security clearance requirements, and opportunities to influence system performance while working within a defence environment.

This role requires you to be a UK National and achieve Security Clearance (SC) without any caveats. It would be advantageous if currently held, however, if not currently held, it is a requirement that the successful applicant undergo, achieve, and maintain SC Clearance prior to commencing employment. If approved by the MOD, a dual national from a non-ITAR country may be considered. To be eligible for full SC, you generally need to have resided in the UK for the last 5 years.
