Authentication & PKI Professional Services EMEA maintains a technical services team that provides the full range of post-sales field services supporting the sale of Entrust solutions across the region. The PS Systems Integrator (SI) role is a highly dynamic, challenging position covering the full lifecycle of post-sales technical activities.

The SI professional is highly technical, keeps current on Entrust solutions, has a willingness to continually learn and train, is extremely flexible and adaptable, communicates effectively with colleagues, partners, and customers, and enjoys traveling to various countries with unique cultural settings, sometimes on short notice. This role involves significant direct interaction with customers; thus, excellent customer-facing skills and an appreciation of the commercial sales environment are essential. This position reports to the Professional Services Manager Enterprise EMEA.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist customer staff in deployment and installation of Entrust products.
2. Facilitate the successful resolution of deployment issues through effective use of Entrust Support and Professional Services organizations.
3. Attend meetings to understand customer requirements, provide deployment options, and conduct informal knowledge transfer for Entrust products.
4. Identify software customization requirements for customer projects.
5. Research existing infrastructure and functionality, hardware, software, and third-party products; provide architectural guidance specific to future business and technical needs, product utilization, and disaster recovery.
6. Ensure that customer needs are met and that the product/solution functions according to specifications.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer Science or Telecommunications).
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral, to convey principles and directions clearly to end-users, clients, and colleagues.
• Willing and able to work independently, including at home and on client sites.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience installing and configuring common business applications (e.g., Web and App servers, Databases, LDAP).
• Familiarity with Entrust products such as IdentityGuard, Security Manager, TrustedX.
• Experience with secure web-based authentication and rights management solutions.
• Knowledge of PKI and digital certificate technology.
• Understanding of digital signatures and eIDAS legislation.
• Experience with authentication protocols (SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect) and concepts (2FA, Federation).
• Knowledge of smartcard and token-based solutions.
• Web technology development experience, especially Java-based.
• Familiarity with directories (OpenLDAP, Active Directory) and databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server).
• A strong technical background in IT Security is desirable.
