Job summary

VolkerStevin is seeking an experienced Systems Integration Lead to join our growing team, delivering ICA and system integration across major Anglian Water projects. You will collaborate with project teams, suppliers and clients to ensure integrated control systems are designed, procured, tested and commissioned to the highest standards.

You will lead technical governance, manage multiple priorities, and drive safety, quality and client satisfaction while working within regulated infrastructure

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical, Control Systems, Automation, or related Engineering discipline.
• At least five years' experience within Systems Integration, ICA, Commissioning or related management role.
• Strong knowledge of SCADA, telemetry, process control systems and industrial automation environments.
• Experience of Profibus, Fieldbus and fibre optic communication systems.
• Understanding of cyber security principles and their application within OT environments.
• Experience working within regulated utility, water, infrastructure or industrial sectors.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead ICA and systems integration activities across large infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with project teams, designers, suppliers and clients to deliver integrated control systems.
• Ensure testing and commissioning meet high standards.
• Maintain focus on quality, safety and client satisfaction.
• Governance of ICA and Systems Integration activities across a portfolio of projects.
