Job summary

VolkerStevin, part of VolkerWessels UK, seeks an experienced Systems Integration Lead to oversee ICA and systems integration on major Anglian Water projects. You will lead technical delivery, governance, and collaboration with project teams, designers, suppliers and the client to ensure integrated control systems are developed, tested and commissioned to high standards.

The role requires a degree or equivalent in Electrical/Control Systems, at least five years in Systems Integration or ICA, and

Qualifications

• Degree, HNC or HND in Electrical, Control Systems, Automation, or a related Engineering discipline.
• At least five years' experience within Systems Integration, ICA, Commissioning or a related management role.
• Strong knowledge of SCADA, telemetry, process control systems and industrial automation environments.
• Experience of Profibus, Fieldbus and fibre optic communication systems.
• Understanding of cyber security principles and their application within operational technology environments.
• Experience working within regulated utility, water, infrastructure or industrial sectors.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
• Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving capabilities.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems integration activities across large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Govern Instrumentation, Control and Automation (ICA) activities across a portfolio of projects.
• Collaborate with project teams, designers, systems integrators, suppliers and the client to ensure integrated control systems are developed, tested and commissioned to high standards.
