An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Systems Improvement Coordinator to join the team at a UK public body on a 6 month fixed term contract. This position will provide project coordination to develop and implement a coherent organisational data strategy.

Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Plan, coordinate, and document meetings, training events, and user support for IT systems
  • Lead internal communication of the Systems Improvement Project
  • Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, user acceptance testing, and problem-solving within existing processes
  • Support with design and creation of knowledge management content using SharePoint and Moodle
  • Assist in identifying business solutions, support procurement, and coordinate outsourced support actions
  • Build positive stakeholder relationships, provide staff induction and training, and educate key users on platform capabilities and emerging technologies
  • Contribute to the Systems Improvement Project by giving feedback and identifying opportunities for system enhancements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Experience using content management platforms such as SharePoint, Moodle, WordPress, Drupal or Joomla
  • Flexible, proactive, and able to work independently

Location: Central London

Duration: 6 month fixed term contract, with possible extension

Working hours: Full time

Working pattern: Home based, with occasional travel to the London office

Start: ASAP
