Job summary

Technology & Risk Recruitment seeks an experienced Systems Implementation Manager to lead a multi-system integration project spanning finance, CRM, HR and project management. Hybrid London-based role with initial 4-month contract and extension potential.

You will assess the current landscape, define priorities, and drive the integration work with senior stakeholders and external partners, delivering scalable, data-consistent connections across Sage, HubSpot, Scoro and Employment Hero.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess the existing systems landscape, configurations, integrations and data flows.
• Identify integration gaps, duplicated data, manual workarounds and process inefficiencies.
• Design, implement, test and troubleshoot integrations between business applications.
• Work with APIs, middleware or other integration approaches as appropriate.
• Establish how data should move between systems and identify opportunities to improve consistency and accuracy.
• Take ownership of implementation activities, priorities, milestones and delivery.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and external implementation partners.
• Work closely with finance, marketing, operations and senior management to understand business requirements.
• Communicate progress, risks, dependencies and recommendations clearly.
• Support the development of a scalable integration approach that can accommodate future growth and expansion.

The opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Systems Implementation Manager to take ownership of a multi-system integration project for a growing, multi-business organisation. The business currently operates across several core platforms covering finance, CRM, HR and project management. The objective is to understand the existing systems landscape, improve connectivity between platforms, reduce manual processes and establish a more consistent flow of data across the organisation.

This is a hands‑on delivery role combining systems integration, technical problem-solving, project ownership and stakeholder engagement. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and existing system implementation partners to assess the current environment, define priorities and drive the integration work forward.

Core systems:

The current environment includes:

• Sage: Finance, general ledger and consolidation.
• HubSpot: CRM, pipeline and client data.
• Scoro: Project management, timesheets, resourcing and WIP.
• Employment Hero: HR, employee data and onboarding.

You do not necessarily need to have worked with every platform. Strong multi‑system integration experience, the ability to understand different business applications and the confidence to take ownership of delivery are key.

Key responsibilities:

• Experience with Sage and HubSpot.
• Exposure to Scoro, Employment Hero or comparable finance, CRM, HR and project management platforms.
• Experience with APIs, middleware, webhooks or integration platforms.
• Experience in professional services, consultancy or project‑based organisations.
• Experience working across multiple business entities or supporting acquisitions.
• Experience coordinating external system implementation partners.
