Job summary

Babcock is offering a 12-week summer internship in Bristol, where you’ll gain exposure to defence engineering and complex nuclear projects, applying systems engineering principles to ensure that every component, process and stakeholder aligns to deliver safe, effective and sustainable solutions.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate STEM degree as listed in the job ad.
• Must be able to obtain BPSS, Security Check (SC), NNPP Information (NNPPI), PSA and atomic clearance per GOV.UK guidance.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to defence and nuclear engineering challenges during a 12-week internship.
• Apply systems engineering principles to align components, processes and stakeholders for safe, effective solutions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support delivery of engineering solutions for the UK submarine fleet.
