Matchtech is offering the Systems Engineering LEAP Programme in the UK for graduates with an engineering/technical background. Over 18 months you will receive a fully paid development path designed to start your career in Systems Engineering with a leading UK Defence company.

You will work on early-stage research, stakeholder engagement, system architectures, designs, testing plans, and trials, with mentoring and structured training. Eligibility for full security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Eligible for full security clearance or clearable.
• Engineering background and willingness to learn.
• Able to work in multidisciplinary teams and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Bridge theory and practice to develop complex systems.
• Engage with stakeholders to translate needs into specs.
• Create system architectures and designs; analyze components.
• Support integration, testing, and trials; write test plans.
