Matchtech is seeking graduates with a STEM PhD/EngD to join the Systems Engineering LEAP Programme in the UK. The 18-month fully paid development pathway blends hands-on work with structured training and mentoring, aimed at developing future Systems Engineers for a leading Defence company.

You will work across the spectrum from research to implementation, with opportunities to contribute to system architectures, specifications, testing, and trials, while gaining security-clearance access.

Qualifications

• PhD/EngD or equivalent within a Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths subject.
