Overview

We are seeking a data-savvy engineer or analyst passionate about solving real-world defence challenges. The role involves developing bespoke tools and frameworks for post-flight mission data analysis, supporting improvements in Electronic Warfare performance and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Engage with clients and end-users to understand mission analysis requirements.
2. Design and develop custom tools (Python, MATLAB, or similar) for processing post-flight data.
3. Interpret signal and sensor data from EW and airborne platforms.
4. Create workflows that provide insights from mission logs.
5. Collaborate with engineering, test, and R&D teams on solutions.
6. Contribute to the improvement of analysis frameworks and methods.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Background in Electronic Warfare, Signal Processing, Aerospace, or Defence.
• Strong programming/data skills (Python, MATLAB, or equivalent).
• Experience with mission data, flight test logs, or similar.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• (Desirable) Knowledge of RF systems, radar, or spectrum operations.
• (Bonus) Active or recent Security Clearance (SC/DV).
