Requirements

• Strong experience as a Systems Engineer within an MBSE environment
• Deep understanding of Systems Engineering methodologies
• Experience in completing projects implementing MBSE
• Excellent communication skills and ability to drive initiatives within a team
• Experience leading digital engineering transformations is highly desirable; candidates without this should have a strong desire to develop expertise in digital engineering
• Exposure to AI, LLM, ML, or Data Modelling is highly desirable but not essential
• Candidates must be SC eligible - sole British Citizen or Dual National
