We’re looking for a self-driven and proactive Systems Engineer (Level 2–3) with a genuine passion for technology and problem-solving. Hours: Full-time 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, office hours, with some weekend and out-of-hours work may be required. The successful candidate may be expected to join an on-call rota.
Contract Term: Permanent
Participate in the maintenance, monitoring, implementation, and decommissioning of IT systems, including servers, storage, and hardware; provide professional support and knowledge of Teleperformance systems to internal business units and clients. Submit recommendations for system improvements, including security, to the IT management team and help maintain the optimal operational environment of Teleperformance IT Systems.
