Systems Engineer

The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine system models and simulations
- Implement algorithms and conduct data analysis
- Support system verification, field trials, and lab-based testing
- Work alongside multi-national engineering teams
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in modelling and simulation
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong background in modelling, coding, and algorithm development
- Proficiency in data analysis and technical report writing
- Degree in a STEM discipline or equivalent experience
Desirable Skills
- Proficiency in MATLAB and Simulink
- Experience in formal software or firmware development
- Knowledge of RF systems and digital signal processing
- Familiarity with model verification, configuration control, and release processes
- Understanding of Continuous Integration and Testing, Machine Learning, and AI
