Positiv+ Cohort is seeking a Systems Engineer to drive data-driven improvements across the electronics production lifecycle. The role focuses on turning complex datasets into actionable insights that boost efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product reliability.

You will collaborate with electronics engineers, production teams, and quality assurance to translate insights into tangible improvements and build robust dashboards for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in electronic engineering, systems engineering, or manufacturing analytics.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Python, MATLAB).
• Familiarity with electronics production environments and lifecycle stages.
• Experience with performance metrics, test coverage, and fault isolation strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex datasets across the electronics production lifecycle to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
• Develop data-driven solutions to improve production efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product reliability.
• Collaborate with electronics engineers, production teams, and quality assurance to translate insights into improvements.
• Design and deliver dashboards and reports for technical and non-technical stakeholders to inform decisions.
• Improve data collection, governance, and data integrity in a low-volume production environment.
• Mentor junior data analysts or engineers to foster analytical excellence.
