Job summary

Positiv Cohort is seeking a Systems Engineer to join the electronics production team. The role focuses on turning complex datasets into actionable insights to drive operational excellence and improve product reliability.

The candidate will analyze data across design, manufacturing, testing, and supply chain stages, develop dashboards, and collaborate with electronics engineers, production teams, and QA. Strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

Proven experience in electronic engineering, systems engineering, or manufacturing analytics.
Strong proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Python, MATLAB).
Familiarity with electronics production environments and lifecycle stages.
Experience with performance metrics, test coverage, and fault isolation strategies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Analyze datasets across the electronics production lifecycle.
Process Optimization: Develop data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineers, production teams, and QA to translate insights into improvements.
Reporting & Communication: Design dashboards and reports for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Data Infrastructure & Governance: Improve data collection and ensure data integrity across systems.
Mentorship & Leadership: Potentially guide junior analysts or engineers.
