Job summary

Anson McCade invites applications for a Senior Systems Engineer in Belfast, offering a hybrid work arrangement with 3 days on site. The role covers the full engineering lifecycle across hardware, software and firmware, with a strong emphasis on requirements management and verification activities.

Were looking for a technically strong Senior Systems Engineer who can work across the full engineering lifecycle, with particular focus on requirements, integration, verification, validation and qualification. This role suits someone who is hands‑on, confident engaging with stakeholders, and comfortable working across hardware, software and firmware in a complex engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

Your Background

• Strong experience with requirements management, system architecture, or integration and testing.
• Good understanding of verification, validation or certification processes.
• Experience with model-based engineering techniques, including MBSE, is desirable.
• Confident working across hardware, software or firmware.
• Degree or equivalent experience in an engineering discipline.
• Competitive salary up to £70k.
• 3 days per week hybrid in Belfast.
• Relocation support if needed.
