We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer to join our team and work across the full system development lifecycle. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a complex high-profile defence project, specifically with our customer overseas, across the globe.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering complex systems to defence customers with a focus on quality and precision.
Writing formal engineering documentation and ensuring all technical requirements are met.
Managing the entire systems lifecycle, from requirements analysis to final integration and acceptance.
Proactively addressing and raising issues, including scope changes, ensuring customer expectations are met while maintaining project integrity.
Key Skills & Experience:
Strong experience in writing formal engineering documentation.
A pragmatic, proactive attitude with a proven ability to take initiative and handle change.
Comfort in working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt quickly to evolving situations.
Confidence in raising issues, particularly when scope changes or challenges arise.
Hybrid working: Onsite in either West London or Dorset, 2-3 days per week, with some UK travel.
