Job description

Copello are looking for a Systems Engineer to join a leading consultancy on the the development of a cutting-edge Land and Maritime project. As a Systems Engineer, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between theoretical possibilities and practical implementations. You will have the opportunity to lead aspects of design, integration, and testing of advanced RF systems for vehicle platform integration, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance systems.

Required Skills

• Experience in designing and integrating complex systems
• Knowledge of RF communication systems
• Understanding of Electronic Warfare (EA/ES) systems
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to facilitate technical discussions
• Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels, with a willingness to engage in resolving detailed technical issues
• Leadership skills to define and influence design decisions
• Ability to define test and acceptance criteria, and assess system design compliance against user and system requirements
• Knowledge of IBM Engineering Requirements Management DOORS

Applicants will be required to be on site a minimum of 2 days per week, and will require active Security Clearance.
