South & East Lincolnshire Councils Partnership is seeking an experienced Systems Development Officer to join a project team delivering transformational change for Boston Borough Council, South Holland District Council and East Lindsey District Council.

Qualifications

• Experience with data migration, transformation and validation.
• Strong SQL skills to extract, analyse and manipulate data from complex systems.
• Experience developing reports and management information.
• Ability to translate service requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead data extraction, transformation and validation for migration to a shared platform.
• Develop database queries, reports and MI from multiple legacy systems.
• Support system configuration and development, including forms and workflows.
• Assist users through transition from legacy systems and support platform improvement.
