Job description

Are you an experienced Systems Developer looking for a role where you can drive digital transformation? Join a team near Arundel and take the lead in implementing a new CRM and ERP system, managing updates, and driving automation to enhance business efficiency. In this dynamic role, you'll help teams maximise the potential of AI and Office 365 while ensuring seamless system integration.

As a Systems Developer, your key responsibilities will include:

  • CRM & ERP Implementation: Configure, customise, and deploy CRM and ERP systems to meet business needs
  • System Integration: Ensure seamless connectivity between CRM, ERP, and other business applications
  • Process Automation: Develop solutions to optimise workflows and improve operational efficiency
  • Data Management: Maintain system integrity, ensuring accurate data migration and reporting
  • Technical Support: Troubleshoot issues, provide user training, and ensure smooth adoption of new systems
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and recommend enhancements to existing systems

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in CRM and ERP system implementation (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, ZOHO)
  • Strong knowledge of database management (SQL, MySQL) and system integration
  • Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#) for system customisation
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions

This is a full time permanent position working near Arundel, you will need your own vehicle due to the location of the business. You ll be working Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5pm in the office and Friday 8:30am to 11:30am from home. The salary is paying GBP50,000 per annum.
