Systems & Data Support Analyst

My London-based insurance client is looking for a Systems & Data Support Analyst responsible for data manipulation and analysis to support the Operations team and the wider business, as well as maintaining internal systems and ensuring accurate reporting.

Role Responsibilities

1. Provide systems support and analysis to ensure data quality and workflow accuracy, including supporting CRM Dynamics and SQL Databases.
2. Assist with the development, testing, and maintenance of internal systems in collaboration with internal and third-party service providers.
3. Maintain client investment and personal data to ensure data integrity across key operational systems.
4. Develop and operate Excel workbooks to provide analysis, insights, and support to the Operations team and the wider business.
5. Prepare and validate information for dispatch to clients.

Skills & Experience

1. Degree qualified in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or equivalent.
2. Strong proficiency in IT applications, especially advanced Excel (VBA & Macro).
3. High attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
4. Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
5. Ability to work under pressure and prioritize workload effectively.
