Duration: Permanent, this role is a full-time opportunity, flexible working patterns will be considered.
Location: This role is based in Milton Keynes. For Quadrant: MK, you must live within 75 minutes of the office or be willing to self-relocate.
Band & Salary: Band 5, Salary £26,500 per annum dependent upon experience
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who will be able to provide support and maintenance of our systems, users, and data to maintain their accuracy, completeness, and integrity.

What does the average day look like?
As a key member of our Capacity Planning team, your role is pivotal in maintaining the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of our systems. Responsibilities encompass data maintenance, seamless data transfers, and timely resolution of user-reported issues. Acting as a liaison between internal stakeholders and customers, you'll ensure effective communication and adherence to corrective action timelines.
Your role also involves crucial aspects such as system administration, performance monitoring, and contributing to continuous improvement activities. Your commitment to quality and efficiency initiatives, coupled with effective workload management, ensures timely outputs and a streamlined system.
