Systems Data Analyst - Pension

We are currently hiring a Systems Data Analyst with experience in Pensions and HR to join one of our insurance clients on a 6-month contract.

Inside IR35

Hybrid working - Travel to Redhill 2-3 times a month

Responsibilities:

1. Utilize SQL for backend data queries, cross-table joins, and data analysis.
2. Possess strong knowledge of database structures, administration systems, and member/employee data within a financial, HR, or payroll-related environment.
3. Collaborate closely with business users to understand the front-end administration system and its relation to backend data.
4. Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation for clear communication with stakeholders.
5. Extract data from backend tables, understanding table relationships to enable accurate analysis aligned with the front-end system.
6. Develop detailed reports, visualizations, and dashboards to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.

Coordinate with business analysts and stakeholders to ensure requirements are well-defined and understood to meet project objectives.

Work collaboratively in a high-pressure environment to build strong relationships and achieve project goals.
