Qualifications

  • An Internal auditor certification is beneficial.

We are thrilled to go to market for a new Systems Compliance Manager to join the EHS Team here in Bradford.

As our Systems Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a robust Document Management System (DMS) that supports business operations and regulatory standards. This role is central to ensuring seamless document workflows, audit readiness, and ongoing compliance across our site operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain a site-wide DMS that aligns with both business and regulatory needs.
  • Design and optimise workflow processes to improve data handling efficiency.
  • Ensure documents are accurately classified, stored, and retrieved using robust metadata management.
  • Drive the digital transformation of document management across platforms.
  • Develop and maintain document management policies, standards, and training.
  • Create metrics and KPIs to monitor and enhance DMS performance.
  • Lead initiatives to ensure EHS and legal compliance, working closely with Environmental and Safety Managers.
  • Manage legal registers, site audits (internal and external), and audit outcomes.
  • Conduct compliance risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate internal audit programmes and ensure continuous system improvements.

What We’re Looking For

  • A degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience as a Systems Compliance Manager or similar compliance/project management role.
  • Strong knowledge of RC14001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and/or ISO 9001 standards.
  • An Internal auditor certification would be beneficial
  • Proficiency in project implementation and digital compliance tools.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to risk management.
