We have an exciting opportunity within our Digital Transformation team here at RS integrated Supply, which is part of RS Group, for a Technical Systems and Process Training Lead to join us on what initially will be a 12-month fixed term contract.

This role would suit someone who has prior experience working with complex enterprise ERP/MRO/CRM systems and must be prepared to engage in supporting multiple work streams throughout the implementation process.

What you will be doing:

  • Develop education and training plans across critical workstreams, including the new “Sync” MRO System, Marketplace, Mobile and other assigned projects.
  • Ensure alignment of training plans and deliverables with project timelines and objectives.
  • Create, tailor and deliver technical programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of associates and clients adopting the new Sync system across various facilities in the UK and Europe.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define training needs, design role-specific education programs, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Create comprehensive training materials incorporating process documentation, how-to guides, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and videos for easy access and reference.
  • Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions using a variety of formats, including instructor-led, virtual training, e-learning, workshops, and hands-on exercises.
  • Ensure learning experiences drive adoption and proficiency among diverse internal and customer audiences.

  • Proven experience in successfully planning and delivering ERP/MRO/CRM system training in a logical manner aligned with the business processes as part of new system implementation
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in developing diverse training materials, including e-learning modules, videos, written documentation, and reference guides.
  • Experience of delivering training to both internal and external users
  • Proficiency in working in ambiguous environments, where clarity may not always be readily available.
  • Strong ability to build and manage relationships across all levels, including clients and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with IT change /transformation methodologies, including inputs and timelines, to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines.
  • Thorough understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems concepts, functionalities, and implementation best practices.
