This is a dynamic role at the heart of our Careers Service, where you’ll lead the integration and reporting functions of our management system. You’ll help shape how we understand engagement, outcomes, and performance - all while making sure our platforms run smoothly and meet the evolving needs of our users.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage system functionality and reliability, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance system capabilities and streamline processes.
  • Provide excellent customer service to students and staff, resolving access issues and offering guidance.
  • Communicate technical information clearly and supportively to build confidence and engagement across the user base.

Flexibility is key in this role, and you’ll be expected to contribute to wider service needs when required.

For this role, you will need to be on site 3 days a week. Although we can accommodate working from home for this role, flexibility to be on-site will be expected due to business needs. Due to the nature of this role, a Standard Disclosure and Barring Service Check will be required.

If you’re ready to make a difference through data and thrive in a role that blends technical expertise with strategic thinking, we’d love to hear from you!
