Systems and Information Analyst

As our Systems and Information Analyst, you’ll provide the Risk & Safety Department, the wider business, and external partners with high-quality, accurate Management Information (MI) to support the implementation, tracking, maintenance, and development of the Jet2holidays Risk Management Systems.

This key role within the Risk & Safety team involves managing tools and systems used for delivering the Risk & Safety service, including maintaining MI Dashboards and applying analytical techniques to enhance insight and performance.

Responsibilities

• Support System and Information queries, troubleshooting, and liaising with third-party providers as needed.
• Assist with the allocation and tracking of the Onsite Inspections programme.
• Create Tableau visualisations and dashboards based on high-level MI requirements.
• Maintain, update, and deliver MI for the Department and stakeholders.
• Ensure MI accuracy, testing, and user needs are met.
• Support process improvements and development initiatives.
• Perform other data-related tasks as required by the Risk & Safety Leadership Team.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, Tableau, Power Automate, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in preparing and presenting data with Tableau and Excel.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Solutions-oriented with an understanding of business impact.
• Passionate about data and performance insights.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and planning skills.
• Experience creating dashboards with Tableau is essential.
• Experience with Power Automate, Snowflake, and VBA is advantageous.
