Job Description:

The University’s Library and Learning Service (LLS) is seeking a self-motivated, customer-focused technical expert to manage and develop digital systems, infrastructure, and resources. You will collaborate with LLS colleagues, university stakeholders, and external suppliers to identify best practices and lead the development and implementation of library systems, policies, and procedures to enhance user experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Implementing, configuring, and developing resource discovery and authentication systems and protocols.
  2. Developing policies, procedures, and staff training related to digital compliance and data integrity.
  3. Supporting colleagues in analyzing, evaluating, and promoting digital systems and resources.
