We’re looking for a Product Analyst to support and enhance our Finance Systems. You'll help maintain secure, high-performing platforms that empower the Finance team to deliver efficient, accurate outputs. This is a hands-on role focused on systems support, user engagement, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support system updates, fixes, and new feature rollouts with the Product Manager and Finance stakeholders
• Track and manage incidents, changes, and defects with proper documentation
• Maintain query/resolution logs and key reference data
• Assist with system testing, user training, and end-user support
• Manage finance system integrations and liaise with vendors to resolve performance issues
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance user experience and reduce complexity
• Engage with system users and participate in user groups

Necessary Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience with Infor SunSystems
• Strong understanding of finance operations, reporting, and data management
• Proven ability to enhance finance systems and resolve complex issues
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience working in global environments; SOX familiarity a plus
• Comfortable working with third-party vendors
