A leading company in the care sector is seeking a Systems Administrator for a permanent, full-time role based in West Bromwich. You will manage and support various internal platforms, ensure system security, and assist with user training and compliance. Job Purpose:
The Systems Administrator manages and supports the organisation's internal systems, including Shopwork, Care Beans, Camascope QCS, and flexi-bee. This role ensures optimal system performance, security, and uptime while supporting employees with basic admin, minor technical issues, and system-related tasks. To also support the training department with training admin in inviting staff to mandatory training courses at Head Office, allocating online training and monitoring training compliance in line with both company and regulator standards.
