Job Overview: You will provide day-to-day technical support, help coordinate IT-related projects and assist in maintaining MasterMover’s IT systems and infrastructure. This hands-on role involves managing hardware, software, user accounts, and supporting internal teams in resolving issues, while ensuring all systems are secure and operating efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide first-line technical support to employees and coordinate with external IT providers for issue resolution.
· Liaise with the existing IT support provider to gain a comprehensive understanding of current systems and infrastructure.
· Support and maintain core IT systems, including Office 365 and CRM platforms.
· Assist in the coordination of IT-related projects, including software rollouts, hardware upgrades, and system integrations.
· Monitor system performance and help implement security and backup measures.
· Maintain documentation, manage user accounts and hardware/software inventory, and support compliance with IT policies.
Requirements:
· Previous experience in an IT support or admin role.
· Proactive, organised, and responsive, with a strong attention to detail.
· Confident communicator who can support users at all levels.
· Familiar with Microsoft 365, Windows environments, and general IT support tools.
· Basic understanding of IT security and networking principles.
· Experience with Cyber Essentials or equivalent cybersecurity frameworks is highly desirable.
