A global technology company is seeking an IT administrator for its RON Project in London. This role involves maintaining IT systems, managing user accounts, and resolving technical issues related to RON architecture. London, Greater London, United Kingdom (On-Site). Working style: On site, 24/7 shift pattern. The role is based at the Palestra site and may involve other designated programme sites such as Waterloo.
This is a temporary role designed to coincide with the duration of the project; expected to be around 18 months. The role will play a key part within the Services job family, working on the RON Project. It is responsible for overall administration rights for the RON related systems. The role holder should be knowledgeable on the RON architecture and how it links together, and have an in-depth understanding of procedures in the event services fail. The successful candidate will also handle issues escalated from O&M staff.
